Returns & Refunds Policy

30-Day Return Policy

All our shipments are inspected carefully before dispatch. If you receive a product in the below-mentioned state, kindly notify us within 30 days.

Acceptable Reasons for Returns:

  • Damaged, Leaking, Tampered, Broken Product or Package
  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Product Post Expiration Date
  • Incomplete Order / Missing Products

Unacceptable Reasons for Return:

  • Opened / Used / Altered products.
  • Original Packaging (cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
  • The Return/ Replacement request is generated after 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product being returned for any other reason apart from manufacturing defect.
  • Issues such as stomach upset, headache, flavour appeal, flavour difference from one brand to other etc. (Please consult with your doctor before buying).

Return Process

  1. Notify us within 30 days of receiving your product. Email images as proof to info@drpro.app.
  2. We will investigate and review your request within 24 working hours.
  3. If the product is beyond use/damaged, we will extend a replacement after examination.
  4. If reverse pick-up is unavailable at your location, you will need to self-ship via a reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges.
  5. Once received and verified, we will initiate the replacement (subject to stock) or refund.

Refunds

No Refund If:

  • Product is noticeably damaged/tampered by you.
  • Shipping address entered is incorrect.
  • Part of the product has been consumed.
  • Return policy compliance is not met.

Refund Issued If:

  • Product is out of stock.
  • Shipping address is not serviceable.
  • Product is returned in good condition.
  • Double payment for a single order.

Refund Modes:

Prepaid: Refunded to the original payment mode within 3-5 working days after verification.

COD: Transferred to the bank account mentioned during the return request within 3-5 working days after verification.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order anytime by emailing info@drpro.app before dispatch. Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation. Cancelled orders take 5-7 days for the amount to reflect in the original mode of payment.
